Question for the Jaws fans

Hello guys,

Any Jaws fans out there who can tell me if this is a model kit or a statue that was sold as is?
I have it for years and I believe I have seen another one somewhere built up as well but can't remember.

I tried to Google it but can't find it anywhere.

I have someone who's interested in buying it but have no idea what to ask.......help!!
