Question about Vader chestbox

I recently purchased a great RotS style chestbox to replace my seziure inducing rubies. This thing looks awesome, the only thing is that there's no back (I'm assuming this is common w/ fan made chestboxes) and no way I see of mounting it to my suit. Anyone ever done this, or have any ideas?

Yes, there is usually no back on the fan made ones. What people do is mount the straps to wood blocks and screws which are usually stuck to the back of the box using epoxy or some other strong type of glue.

Ill try to take some pictures later of my Gino ROTJ box to illustrate.

Thanks, that's exacly the information I was looking for :D

Use pieces of wood or plastic with threaded hoes.....you can then use screws/bolts to thread through the straps. The ROTS straps went through the bodysuit so that the illusion was that the box was fused to the bodysuit.
