Question about Portumac ANH armor

I’ve been meaning to buy this shoulder armor for some time now and the seller claims it was from Portumac so I tried doing some research on it but couldn’t find anything. Does anyone here know if Portumac made one of these, how much it went for, and if it was any good?

I would appreciate any answers or clues I could get. Thank you.

Not a portumac, to my eye it looks to be a set of SPFX armor. A decent enough set of armor to wear/display. Not quite sure what it sells for currently direct from spfx, but I'd put a value this specific set somewhere around 2-400.
