Question about scratch built Trek prop manuals

I've seen these PDF manuals on eBay for scratch-built Star Trek props (like Mark X, PADDs, etc). I'm really eager to attempt some scratch-built props.

Have any of you dished out the $10 to view these? Are they worth it?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, folks.

If you're talking about the GMProps manuals, then yesm they are worth the $10.00. They are very well thought out and step by step inclusive. They make very nice pieces when finished according to his plans.
