Yes, the armor is a separate purchase but notice the mask's neck and armor are calibrated to make the posture look realistic whereas many makes of armor cause the mask to fall through the neckline. From the side, the posture looks natural and avoids a hunchback look.

Is there a difference in cost between a Quasimodo-level paint finish to the armor versus a Darth Ugly equivalent paint finish?
