purchasing stuff from master replica's website

i'm new to the pre-ordering procedure on master replica's website. (say ships in summer 2007)
does anyone have experience with it?

I ask because i reside out of the US,
with the expensive itn'l shipping rate, i could enter my US shipping address (Mail box service centre)
for it to be shipped there, but i would need to know when to head over the border.


wondering if MR will send you an email once they ship your items?
so i know approx when to head over to the border to pick it up from my mailbox

The usual procedure with pre-orders from MR is that they send you an e-mail a week or two before they are going to ship, and then another after it has shipped with tracking info.

Some people have failed to get e-mails from MR, but from what I can tell this has gotten better recently. I've received e-mails for all my pre-orders from them of which there have been quite a few.

sparrowfan. Call their customer service. They are great and very helpful. I had to get an RMA on my compass because the lid won't stay closed and they replaced it for free. With that type of CS I am sure they will be able to ship to a PO Box.
