G'day folks,

Just rediscovered these films whilst surfing. What fun. Any info or cool pics of the puppets around? Thought I might try and build one...he he

Really nice job! Looking at these pictures, it makes me wonder - do Blade and Mephisto have the same head?

And, are your puppets fully articulated/puppet-able, or are they just static dolls?

AWESOME!!!! I love these guys--even Leech Woman (have you made her?)

I loved these Full Moon movies. Full Moon Entertainment is what inspired me to get into props and SPFX Makeup.:love

Rusty, those are awesome, especially the Mephisto. I have some of the Full Moon 1:1 replicas but yours blow them away. Done a Sixshooter yet?

Doc

PS: Never mind. Saw the link. Beautiful work on the Sixshooter head!!

Its too bad that the licensed ones are kinda crappy.. after Pinhead and Blade, I couldn't bring myself to purchase the others for the asking price :thumbsdown

Thank you very much for the comments! They took a long, long time to get all assembled. Mephisto actually uses the same head as Blade, which it seemed like in the films although it doesn't get much screen-time.

I have pedistals for each one and hope to get some cubes made from casesforcollectibles, but they are kinda steep on my budget. I never understood why they didn't have a wider fanbase with the prop community, as most the heads seem relativly easy to sculpt for some people on this board. Up until my friend bought and molded a bunch of screen made castings there were zero accurate heads out there available. He even got a Torch head, which is a two-part as compared to the one part fullmoondirect head.

My friend has done a sculpt of Tunneler but doesn't know how to mold, which is why he isn't in my collection yet. My dad molded all his other stuff which is at www.instrumentsofevil.com He's planning on getting it molded soon, hopefully in the beginning of April.

I got the Pinhead and Jester castings from him. My dad molded them for him under the condition that I get copies for myself. We're pretty good friends now.

There is a forum for Puppet Master, but I wouldn't waste your time there as its mainly just a bunch of people arguing with each other.

As far as the Blade head I have the molds for it, but haven't had extra money to spend to get more resin. I offer Mephisto Replicas, but he isn't all the big of a seller compared to the other puppets. One guy wants to buy a Blade from me, but he's saving up as its expensive, and very time consuming, especially the clothing which is done entirely by someone else I know that gets a slice of the pie. I have patterns for Pinhead's clothes, Blade's clothes, Tunneler's clothing, and Jester's clothes. Oh! And Mephisto too obviously.

Six-Shooter is just mind boggling because of the amount of detail in his gun belt, and holsters, bullets, etc. I started work on one like 5 years ago but quickly ended it as I didn't have anyone at the time to sew the clothes which was the main hangup.

As far as the bodies go I use www.ezpose.com The bodies they sell are a tad bit expensive, but are poseable, and very good quality. I use them for all the replicas that I made.

I know the Totem came out just recently, I'm hoping to pick one up pretty soon here. Although I dread having to wait the normal wait time with fullmoondirect at 2-3 months for me usually.

Hopefully this answers some questions for other fans :thumbsup
