I love this thread. I was wondering if someone had some spare time, there's a great buffy prop on ebay. just type in 'buffy prop magic box'
It's the yellow pages ad for the magic box shop. I think i'd make a great addition to the buffy diploma. I'd do it myself but have no idea where to start.
Oh, and does anyone have a high res scan of the map from the mummy?

After the large "T", having the word "this" spelled out creates a double "T" at the beginning.  The original prop maker needs to go back to school.  OR, at least get someone to proofread for them.

:lol I shouldn't laugh. It's sounds like something I'd end up doing.

Here's an oldie but a newbie. Heh. Get it? All the new newbies? Huh?? Heh.. .........Is this thing on?

Oh wait, one more I did a year back:

The Shield Strike Team card

does anyone have a Deckards badge from Blade Runner? one of those would be pretty cool, and Kapow: i think that joke was Punny :p

The Hero or all the ones flying around?
Diffirent envelopes, probably diffirent sizes.

There are a few images I have found with Harry picking up the mail where it can be scaled off of the other envelopes that are common in size.
Just haven't scaled it out yet.

The thousands of flying ones are always on UK ebay but they never give the dimentions.
I'm still trying to figure out the size of the Chocolate frog box and the Every Flavor Beans box.
They seen to change scale in diffirent picutes and films.

Here's 2 that I did a while back. They're the labels for Family Guy's Pawtucket Patriot ale in bottle and 40oz sizes

The 40oz label should be 6 1/4"w x 5"h

The bottle label should be 6 1/4"w x 3 1/4"h

Doing a quick scaling, using No.10 envelope the invite letter is roughly 5"x8".
This is providing that the other envelope is a stanard size equal to a No.10.

Re: the Pawtucket Pat and the Duff. COOL.. I was waiting for those to show up again. Now, Anyone got some (Futurama) SLURM?

Yeah, I noticed that when I was making it. But, I suppose they didn't need to be too picky since it was only showed on screen rolled up.

For accuracy, you had to leave it. No question. But, someone should really have caught that before it was ever done the first time.

Maybe the buffy one was rolled up but in Angel, you see Cordelias framed and burned but you still see the two t's. Still pretty funny

I totally forgot that you saw Cordy's in Angel. Does it look just like Buffy's? Anyone have a screen shot or remember which episode it's in? I only have the first season on DVD, but I think that's when you see it.

I did a search on google and it says episode 5 of season 1. It's looks exactly like Buffy's, just a different name. Hope that helps. Oh, and after trying and trying, I finally got an owner of a Harry Potter envelope to give me the measurements. They're 18.5cm x 13.5cm. Finally

Sporak,

Where'd you get that cutting board/table topper/whatever-it-is that the phaser is lying on?

I've been looking for something like that for a while. Not at Home Depot, etc.

Any recommendations?

Your wish is my command.

here's both Buffy's and Cordelia's diplomas. I've updated the Buffy one slightly.

BTW, These look great when printed out on nice linen paper. Get some nice paper and it will make these look much more professional.

That's awesome. Thanks a lot. I see you fixed the 'T' looks perfect. I have the text from an original harry potter envelope but the file is 3.5 MB. a littel too big for free hosting. Anyone want it, email me and I'll see what I can do.

Don't mean to sound like the board's English teacher, but aside from the Double T, there's a mis-spelling in those. It should read "Character", not "Charecter".
