Being new here, who do I contact and who do I pay for a pair of the shotgun shell chest panels? I am referring to the set that someone is making in the above posts photo. Or can the specs on the material be posted in here so I can go buy the material and attempt to make them.

I can give you info once they are complete. I am not sure if the maker will be making multiple sets available or not, but I will definitely share more info once I have a final set.

Not a problem. I was just having a problem trying to find the same shotgun panel material and the edge material at the cloth store where I live.

I think John said we were going with 500 denier coyote tan cordura as the last material he used seemed a bit too large of a weave.

I replaced the Omega VI buckles and triglides with these, the exact ones used in the movie Blackhawk holder:

ITW NEXUS black 1 1/2" plastic buckle

1.5" TRI GLIDE Black Plastic Adjust Buckle

Don't leave us hanging on the buckles, where did you get them from and what was the cost? Did you have to buy a bag of the things and only use two, details needed.

They are on ebay as item #390167227685 (Five pairs for U$S 6) and #370152706758 (Ten for U$S 4) I also have pictures of the replacements Blackhawk used to sell, and they are identical.

I don't know about anyone else, but I still don't have the full costume. I need to get off my lazy butt and order the pants. I bought black and wasn't happy. I think this time I am buying charcoal and navy and then we compare them all together.

I still have quite a few things to go... and a lot of $$$ to spend...

Just a note, while ordering the nexus buckles is probably easier, you can dye the tan buckles that come with the Omega VI holster. That is the route I took.

Tha´s an option, but the buckles and triglides on the new Omega VI are different in shape.

Of course Art,
The "newer" triglides are more rounded and narrower; and the buckles have a more square shape, different details overall, and the "Blackhawk" lettering. Dying the buckles is an option, of course, but replacing them will make the holder an exact replica.

Ok, I just got my Blackhawk Tactical Omega VI Ultra Universal Modular Light Holster and there are two huge velcro things on the side with a molle clip in each one. Where do I get the correct holster, this one that I have looks like it has been updated and is all modern looking.
