Best thing about this movie: there will be NO computer generated Predators. All Predators will be guys in suits. This makes me happy.

The P1 head does look very much P1, i just hope they have not put him there as some sort of pacifier for the hardcore ( ie us ) pred fans.
But to those who have read the script, its nice there is a certain irony to what this pred will do, and our love of the creature.
EDIT : reading it slowly again out of fanboy mode, it says " Attendees at Friday's screening got a chance to get up close and personal with the alien's head from the original 1987 Predator movie "
so they are claiming that it the original P1 head?

I think it seriously has to be a typo or the writer didn't understand what he was looking at.
It's not the original. It's KNB's new "normal" Pred head being displayed.

i don't think that can be it cause at that point there are people in the background that should be dead if it was the very end, ya know?Im guessing they have done a AVP-r on us with the 7 plus laser sites, ( ie showing us the END or near the end of the film )
looks very much akin to the end of P2 when ALL the lost hunters appear and Danny says " ok whos next "
ONLY niggle is still the preds overall look, height /width and the stupid stance, ( WHO said a pred has to stand like he has 2 pineapples under his armpits? ).
but i am more than prepared to give it a chance to entertain me.
i really think there's a lot we haven't seen yet, and i'm certainly now more hopeful than ever
i'm totally feelin the atmosphere of this one, and i'm quite sure now that this is gonna ******* ROCK!!

Time line well I would have to say mabye after Predator 2 hopefully they ignore AVP and just make it a stand alone seriese you know kind of like 2 differnt sereis.And by that I mean one were predators just hunt to hunt NOT HONOR!And AVP were a pred sees the aliens and goes ape **** and sends 3 predators ill equpied to deal with them.
But back to this looks promising like doing a reverse aliens.The P1 I would say mabye a clone?More then likely a differnt one cause really how many differnt faces are there?But hopefully P1 surrvived arnie and was disgraced and possibly dropped on the game preserve if they are still using that honor thing.

Sorry, but the whole idea of a human surviving and escaping the Preds on their own planet is highly stupid unless they let him. I still think the storyline is ******** of the highest magnitude as well as some of the cast. They could've at least used someone in fishburne's part that didn't look like he's had one too many Pred jungle doughnuts! Whatever he's been eating in the jungle must be really fattening. The actor should've been LEAN from living off the land. Then again, maybe only his head and neck look fat. Haha. At least hopefully there will be a lot of Pred time in it with a scrap or two of something good that comes out of it.
