Predator 2 Spear?

Ok there has been something bugging me for the past 20 years that i have to address. Where the hell in predator 2 does he keep his spear?? lol. I mean there are plenty of shots where you can see all around him and nothing.. yet all of a sudden there it is.. in hand. Thing is to big for him to just tuck away in his pocket. A friend of mine years ago said that he must camouflage it. But just that one piece? I doubt it. Anyway i know its a film and for ease it wouldn't be practical to run around with that thing strapped to his back. But anyway i still think it invites discussion. What do you think?

I recall a part in the film, where someone ( a woman scientist I think) is analyzing a metal piece that had been broken off from one of the P2's weapons. She makes a remark to the effect of the metal being " ..as light as air, but strong as steel...?" Maybe the P2's spear is actually cloaked while on his body, but is so light in weight that it doesn't impede him in anyway while on the hunt.

I always assumed that P2 carried a different weapon load on different days.
He was hanging around long enough for the shadowy government agency to become aware of his presence as well as determine a pattern to his behavior.

I figured on some days, he woke up and said, to himself 'today, the net gun, tomorrow the spear.'

Well eaglewood i have no problem with it, if he wants to keep his bits private then that's up to him haha. And Estelle i can see where your coming from with the spear tip but i would have thought the predators would have made most of there armor, weapons etc.. out of the same light weight material, but it looked like to me that Harrigan was having a bit of trouble lifting the bio helmet so who knows. But anyway by the looks of it the predator hadn't worked out how to cloak his weapons in use till avp. ;-P

He puts it on his belt on the back,i asked the same question last year and some of the older members said it was on the belt.For my suit i am looking to make something to do that,velcro i think.The net gun is on his underleg,i believe the rightleg and the speartip comes from the bladegauntlet

Some Predators have it strapped to their back beside the medi-pac.
Others have a strap on their belt to hold it.

I really don't think its on his belt. I have never been able to spot it. By all means when you have a suit you can put the spear where ever you want but i just think its one of those goofs in the film that will just be left as a humorous mystery.

I always thought he kept it attached to his back. I have no proof though.
