Kind regards,

Wow Indy, great job. I should have asked you to make mine in the first place. I wish you could fix mine.

Heres the jacket from the flightsuit Indy is making for me.
The pants had to go back for alterations.
Couldnt wait to show off the jacket:

Amazing- Love the boots- Are they custom or did you find them? Also did Indy Magnoli do the patches for you as well?

Thanks guys.

The boots are Everlast boxing boots:

I had a local shoe repair guy make leather add-on pieces that cover the logo and make the boots taller just like the original ones. He also put a thicker sole on them so I could wear them outside.
Unfortunately, he could not make zippered closures for mine, like the movie had.
Indy Magnoli has said that he can make the boots exact for $400.00 IIRC.

Indy also offered to put the patches on but you will have to supply them.
They are available on EBay. The flag patch is a 4x6 desk top flag.
The name tag on mine is from my old USAF flightsuit.
But there are people that can make those too. Possibly even Indy.

What's that you're smoking... a pen? :)

And you know you're supposed to have the facial hair after the trip through time! :lol

Seriously, great ANSA suit. It looks good on you! :thumbsup

Besides, how do you know the pic wasn't taken after the trip?:love
MY landing may have gone better than Taylor's

The "pen" is an E-Cigarette.

I think it fits in with the whole "future"/"sci-Fi" theme.
Besides, its a lot healthier.

VERY cool looking suit, Dave. Ditto the boots.

Someone really needs to do a new run of ANSA patches. A buddy of mine (Phil Broad) has a couple of the originals, and they are beautiful. I'm not sure what type of silk the studio used, but the rich, multi-hued sheen is really eye-catching.

I know it sounds like a small thing, but in person it makes a big difference.

Anyway, fantastic job on the flight suit. :thumbsup
