POSSIBLE RECASTER oF RPF MEMBERS ITEMS

I did look real quick to see if this had already been opened as a topic but didn't not see anything.
This guy has ALOT of stuff on, several items I recognize as sculpts done by members here as well as other boards I frequent.

You guys may want to let people know like Howard and others that their works I'm pretty sure are being recast.

Crap, I had my eye on that kroenen mask but looks like that ain't gonna happen.

I am pretty sure that Hellboy bust is Howards, not sure about the other stuff though. I don't keep up much with the aliens or hellraiser stuff.

Pretty sure most people don't have multiple items that are identical in their collections.If you look at his completed listings he has sold several of the same pieces.
he bought several resident evil props and a T2 endo skull and a hellboy Kroenein chest plate wanna take odds on how long it'll be before those become products he offers.

And those are the Sideshow 1:1 busts of the hellraiser characters.

Yup, those are recasts for sure. I contacted this guy about my Hellraiser busts and he told me that they were recasts and he could sell anything he wanted to on ebay and I couldn't stop him. What a jerk!

well you could stop him if the owners of the originals that made the masks or busts wanted to try ,just do a intellectual property rights complaint has worked for me a few different times worth a try if they wanted to ,My republic commando has been recast more than I can count now I dont even care anymore cause the item isnt as hot anymore recasters suc A#$ regardless .

Too bad....maybe try and contact ebay. I would think that they would have a problem with something like this, especially if he is recasting Sideshow busts. Seems like everyday a new recaster shows up on ebay.....

Ebay doesnt care they side with whoever is spending the most money with them....they are just as crooked as recasters IMO.Birds of a feather flock together.
The only time they will do anything is if the VERO owners complain.But if we say anthing it gets ignored.We currently have several ebay sellers selling recasted items...and ebay smiles and collects their seller fees and doesnt care.Ebay is THE largest place for theives to sell stolen property...not just props but anything.
I hate to see this happen...It just makes the prop makers not want o make things anymore because the lazy recasting parasites get away with it time and time again.

I know the Zombie he's offering is from an original Sculpt that a buddy of mine did and he only sells Latex and Polyfoam painted Castings NOT Resin castings painted like this Recasting guy is offering...

I already contacted my friend to let him know, that he's been recast.

I owned one of the 1:1 ALIEN head with dome casts that I purchased from the creator. His pics look different from what I had... as in less detail and I believe one or two parts of the original were cast in different colors, not uniform.

He's also only offering the head, not the clear dome, which is fishy to me as well. Propably doesn't have the capabilities to reproduce the dome.

Anyways, just my 2¢.
