Plot holes and other faux pas

So rewatching Deadpool again, and during the big climactic fight, Francis says "so you grow back parts" in reference to Wade's hand. But Francis had escaped the freeway fight scene by the time Wade cut off his hand to get away from Colossus.

Plot holes don't always make the movie less enjoyable, and this one didn't either, but I do have to eye roll at that comment.

So let's list other plot holes and faux pas, just for fun.
