Hey there,
I'd like to show you all what I'm currently working on.
I'm not yet done with the details but as I said - I'm still on it.
I need help though - I'm bad at painting and I need some advice - how do I give it this stressed look? Shall I apply layer of black paint first and the silver? How do I do that?

Usually I work with plastic, not cardboard, but probably this approach will work. . . . I apply the base color (black), then lightly apply silver to worn edges. You don't need much silver paint; the brush should be nearly dry.
