Pepsi is making Pepsi Perfect? BTTF

Well, I would say 1/8" of inch , or the smaller size of the 2 lines that come on the roll.

1/8", so that's about 3mm then? Trying to find something like this best i can find is this ImageUploadedByTapatalk1448305336.906585.jpg

Kevzie, check out item no. 271975654157 on eBay which might be OK. Cheers John

Thanks John. Looks good. Added to my watch list [emoji106]

I don't know if it's just me but 3mm seems rather thick? Tough to get an accurate comparison.

The line of the screen used bottles is 2 mm thick. That's between 1/16 and 1/8 inch.

Thanks Roland, I did think 3mm seemed a little thick. I'll go for 2mm then.

Just need a definite blue to paint the lid with and one in uk so I don't have to pay ridiculous postage. Getting there!

I'm not going to lie. I'm shaking my head that I apparently have to explain this, but here goes.

It's a video made for fun. The Official bottle was actually chucked into a bubble wrap lined trash can to keep it protected. It's now sitting up with my Mexi-Pepsi and Replica on the shelf - and they are all empty.

I always intended to empty the bottle. The timing just worked out really well with the replica bottle, so my oldest daughter and I thought it would be funny to film this video for everyone.

I also only paid 20 bucks for the thing, so I figured what the hell... :)

....people are actually upset about that video? Wow.

So I've got a Mexican version on the way. I'm pretty excited about it. So now I just need an aregentina bottle and a Gary Weaver bottle and I'm set.

Thanks. We rehearsed it a few times without the bottle through and I was just miming my work with the Original Bottle. On the last run through I made a chucking motion and my daughter startled a bit with a "are you really gonna throw it away?" look. From there we just ran with it.

LOL the way you threw this Pepsi Bottle in the dustbin...

Cheers,

That looks pretty good to me and should do the trick unless anyone on the forum knows the exact colour used on the original prop. The thing with metallic paints is they look different shades depending on the lighting so even the correct paint would look wrong under different lighting. Unless the exact colour is known and this is still available you should go with a shade that you are happy with as closest to the original as possible. Cheers John

My bottle from Argentina arrived today.

Here it is lined up with the Mexican and US bottles. Please note: space left for @Gary Weaver II's bottle :D

Here are comparisons to the Mexican bottle. The MX bottle is on the left in these photos. The Argentinian bottle has a little tab on the lid so it locks in place (nice touch).
