Pep Pattern Cost

Question for you: I know that many/most pepakura patterns are free, but for the ones that are for-money, how much do they tend to cost? This is neither an "I want to sell them" nor a "I want to know if I'm being overcharged" question, I'm just wondering what the for-money ones tend to be worth.
