Question paypal membership without a credit card (answered)

Ive been trying to get the premium membership but when i goto pay, paypal requires a credit card to continue the transaction. i live in a country where credit cards are not easily obtainable. is there another way i can pay with paypal and not require a card?

paypal wont accept my back account cuz its chinese.
