P2 Gauntlet Lights Help...

I'm working on  getting the electronics in both of my gauntlets. I cant find a pic that shows how many lights are on it. I have a template for the front that I made, but don't know what lights up and what don't. I need help please.
1. is inside.  2. outside 3. is inside of panel when open, no lights here. Number 2 is what I need help with

This Is for P2 Gaunt. Please I need help. Want to have it done by Halloween. I know how to do the count down timer but not the front panel. And if anyone knows the program codes to work all of the functions to program my Arduino, I would be most greatful.

I recken you could get away with a 14 segment LED display. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dVoMehO2lgI Looks about right...

Has a ton of info. I think you could get away with a slowly randomly generated outputs. Have a values for pins to 'on' and the value increase, decreases, multiplies every few seconds. The site only shows how to hook up one, but I know there are ways to shift values onto something else, then into the display so you can get your four displays onto one arduino... Or get a Mega...
