Oz the great and powerful wicked witch of the west costume HELP!!!

I have been excited about this movie for the past few months and my FAVORITE character is the wicked witch of the west!!! I would really love to replicate a costume for this wicked woman!!! I need as much help as I can, the MAIN thing I need help with is the hat, head mask thing(lol), and the broom!!

2 things the wardrobe and the prosthectics pretty easy just sculpt mold and cast i would recommend silicone or more specificaly eco flex silicone by smooth on first you will have to sculpt the pieces and then use either oomoo or some other molding compound ... Any questions just let me know

I got the prostetics being sculpted right now! I really need help with the hat!! That's the most challenging part!!

Hat looks to be lambskin over a buckram frame.
Love this costume! Reminds me a little of Selene from Underworld.
