I want to purchase or build a CLU costume from Tron Legacy for Halloween (and personal cool desires). Would anyone know where to look, start etc? Including identiy disc and helmet. Any advice would be most welcome!

EObee, I haven't seen any for purchase, I do recommend UDReplicas work though if you plan on buying one for next year, (It takes about 3-5 months from order to receipt).

If you search the forums a bit I'd imagine that they have a few guides, unfortunately I am new here so I haven't had a chance to seek it out.

Dave your PM box is gonna explode now that every Tron fan can see you got your hands on a screen used Rinzler helmet!

There are several people working on sculpts that can't get the dimensions quite right... Tis a very hard shape to see especially since it's mirror black!

I'll go ahead and answer for Dave and UD... THEY WON'T BE ABLE TO SHARE INFO OR PICS! Disney is UBER strict about unlicensed replicase and we should even be thankfull they let him post early pics here! Let alone any of that helmet!

Looks KILLER guys! Top notch!

LOL! If I am not mistaken UD does not own the helmet, wasn't loaned by Disney for the photo shoot only? Dave please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks again for the great work on the Sam Flynn jacket, I love it!

In a few days now, maybe by weeks end...the next wave of TRON LEGACY goods will hit the website.:thumbsup

As for the Rinzler helmet, yes it's the screen used helmet and was on loan to us from Disney. This Rinzler 'Movie Replica' suit of ours is such a close match to the real thing that we all believed giving the public the chance to see it with the actual helmet would really help to show just how far we took the replica nature of this particular suit.

I can go on and on about the details of our suit, how the organic nature of the form molded leather is a first even for us...how happy we are with the orange reflective detailing...sharp edge angles mixed with curved shapes and on and on and on....but, the helmet was on loan to us and not something we're replicating or selling in any way so I really don't have anything to add...other than to say yet again how amazing it was to see in person.

That said, a big thanks to you all because no one persisted on this, not publicly or privately and that's a testament to the respect members here have for one another and the work we're ALL doing. thumbsup:thumbsup

Rinzler and TRON...both are coming!

It's Orange, and it's pantone color matched to the screen used suit.:thumbsup
Colors may vary from our photos on the website...lighting, filters and that sort of thing but the reflective leather is orange.
You can see it clearly in the RPF interview from SDCC with StarWarsChick if need be.

Almost...for the pants, gloves and boots YES.
The jacket is a little bit smaller in the waist area...the bottom of the jacket is shorter than the Sam jacket so it is about an inch narrower. All listed in the size chart...but, the BEST and SAFEST way is to take your measurements and give me a call. We'll go through sizing together. :thumbsup
