Out of curiosity...
does anyone have "any issue" with the collor of the Sam Flynn jacket?
...or if the padding feels uncomfortable at times?

im just asking because...
i tryed on a # of leather jackets this weekend at my local bike shop,
and noticed ether a issue with the collor choking me in a rider postion,
or that the jacket's padding seemed to be extremely uncomfortable.
and i was just wondering "if" any of YOU r having ether of these issues?

The problem with making a clu suit is it has to come with the over coat too... Now that o would buy!

The Robe would be a bonus, but I wouldn't say thats a problem. Not necessary for David to make the outer Robe as I could see a seamstress whipping one up pretty quick, but we would FIRST need a CLU suit to use to go off of measurements so the robe will fall right! hehehe

I JUST WANT A CLU! haha

Sorry for the delay, just make sure you've emailed orders@udreplicas.com and they'll be sure to get back to you.
If you've contacted us a month or so ago then keep in mind that we were away for almost the entire month of July with SDCC and TDKRises premier.
We're still working to get caught up on emails, so if you have emailed the processing dept then please just sit tight...we're working as fast as we can.

Got my Rinzler suit last week. Upon inspecting it I got to say that I am not happy at all! Big let down for my 4th UD suit. First off the red reflective material is all blotchy or non existent in some areas of the suit (mainly jacket). Secondly the crotch zipper was broken right out of the box. The zipper stop on the top of the crotch is non existent. Zipper is detached from one side. Need to speak to David now that he's back from SDCC. Disapointed :angry

Great speaking with you moments ago, and like I said above...unfortunately things can arise from time to time no matter how much we invest in quality control but....we're working now to get this resolved for you and I sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding here.
Shouldn't have gone out that way, sadly it did...but I am sincerely grateful that you're giving us a chance to rectify the issues presented.

Yes, you really have no worries when you purchase with UD. David takes care of those that purchase his products if a problem should arise.

i got to meet with David first hand & speak with him about my concerns,
...plus i was able to get my "measurements" done right on the spot!
Not to meantion, try on a XS Tron jacket in person thanks Bandit-jedi for that!
Which really helped me wrap my head around the sizing factors indeed.

With all of this & the dead line coming up on Aug 31...
...i plan to place-in my order for the Sam Flynn suit tommorrow
thou im still bouncing between the XS and XXS
simply because part of me wants it tight, and have it be a snug fit...
...while part of me wants room to move & for extra comfort.
ether way, i KNOW the jacket is going to need "time" to break-in

BOSS , i think a good rule of thumb is to get the size bigger so u can wear it in the winter months without any issue (ie freezing to death )
better to be safe than sorry i think .

But thank u again for ALL ur helpful advice & allowing me to try on ur jacket.
it was extremely helpful, in my decision making on which sizes to order for the entire suit
not to meantion, understand how stiff & moveable the leather/spandix was in areas...
so with that in mind, i was better able to grasp a conclusion to my worring...

I just received a used, first run Sam Flynn suit last week and I must give David major kudos as it is an incredible suit! I am absolutely thrilled to have it and even though it does have that stiffness people have mentioned, I don't find it all that uncomfortable.

Considering I took a chance by getting a suit that wasn't ordered per my own measurements, the Medium size ended up being a perfect fit all around! Not one single piece of the suit is too baggy or too tight, which was definitely a concern I had.

Words can't express how awesome this suit is! It's just one of those things you have to see in person!
