After seeing the costs of custom jackets, made to resemble this very same jacket, I let go of the idea of ever getting my hands on one. Now that may very well change...

Since posting that image on our Facebook page, I've been inundated with emails basically stating the exact same concern over the cost of this jacket....and while I can't speculate on the price yet....because I still don't have the tanning costs for this particular red leather, consider for a moment that we offer a very similar jacket already:

The Batman Begins Leather Street Jacket $398.00

Now this newest version, the Superman Leather Street Jacket could very well have a base leather that comes in at a higher cost...pushing the MSRP into the $400.00+ range...but not over into the 5's for sure.

Hmmmm..... seeing both these Street Jackets together just gave me a very interesting 'Worlds Finest' photo-shoot idea.

Essentially yes, that's the jacket design and we're releasing it under the DC Comics Superman License.

Not sure if this one will also come in blue...but the Man of Steel 'Movie Replica' Motorcycle Jacket certainly will. D

Between the Man of Steel and DC Comics Superman franchises there's going to be a lot to choose from. :thumbsup

Since posting that image on our Facebook page, I've been inundated with emails basically stating the exact same concern over the cost of this jacket....and while I can't speculate on the price yet....because I still don't have the tanning costs for this particular red leather, consider for a moment that we offer a very similar jacket already:

Having purchased an entire Dark Knight suit, I had felt in good faith that there was no way that the jacket alone would cost nearly as much as a suit.

Is the superman jacket going to fit the same as this Batman jacket? Or will it fit just a little bit closer to the body, also in the arm arms? Can you alter any of your sizes? I looked at the measurements in your size chart for the Batman jacket and none of them work that well for me? Lastly I'll be doing a Con on April 26 -29 and was hopping to have something by them if possable, ether way I would still be "Super" interested.

The proper fit is based on your body measurements and what they say. All of our jackets fit as they should, but they must follow our size chart criteria. Snug fitting is not a problem. Consider that if you don't ride, then you don't need the body armor so naturally a smaller size is what would be assigned to you, and you just pull the armor out of the jacket.
