Dang...I just checked the site and it makes me quite sad that they are not being produced anymore.
I'm glad I got what I did, when I did to complete my sets. I knew from the beginning that these were a limited production and made every effort to get all the pieces I wanted before the sales ended.
I was on the fence about ordering the Rinzler version Jacket and Gloves if they would have still been available for this next quarter. Guess, I'm good with just having the Tron version.
All good things must come to an end, I guess.
As far as finding certain sized gear. I would try ebay. I sometimes see jackets or full suits for auction there.

No, David never said an exact date on the end of production. But I can imagine with the new licenses that he has coming in with GIJoe and Man of Steel that some of the existing line has to be cut away to free up production space. I wish that the TRON line could stay forever, kind of like the Batman line seems to be. haha

I remember the Sam Flynn suit being Sold Out before when the Rinzler suit came out and then because so many people kept asking for the Sam, David opened up the production on it again. But that may have been from one or more reasons.
All I know is until we hear directly from David about it, we won't know for sure.

The Sam/Rinzler suits were cool and all, but it was good enough for me to see others wearing them. I am thankful they never came out with a Clu suit. My wife would so kill me if I bought a Tron-themed suit, even if I still had my motorcycle. I'm not sure I could've resisted the Clu version.

I want the Rinzler suit so bad....they do not make or sell ANYTHING from Tron Legacy anymore. You know from WHO or where I can get a hold of the suit?? Or just the GLOVES size S or M if nothing else. Secretcompuss works with them....but they got shot down after I paid my deposit.. very sad) someone PM me for anwsers please. :cry

Hey everyone!
Regarding our Tron Legacy products and the current 'Sold Out' status, yes the entire line is now sold out. We are no longer taking pre-orders for this line, and all existing orders will be filled by end of March.
If at that time we find any overstock then yes, that will be made available but we are no longer taking standard pre-orders for Tron Legacy.
This product line has been a huge success since its introduction, but it is time to move on and to make room for other franchises.
We really do pride ourselves on delivering high end products and doing so within the time frames advertised...and now with the introduction of several new product licenses already set for 2013, we need to make sure we have room within our production capacity to accommodate these new franchises. We've already announced G.I JOE, Transformers, My Little Pony and Man of Steel...but we still have 2 other rather popular franchises to announce, all the while continuing with The Dark Knight Trilogy and Star Wars movie franchises.
That's a lot to manage as is, and we need to ensure that moving forward we can continue to accommodate product demands from a production stand point. Yes, this is a tough call as I personally think we've done some of our most compelling replica leather gear with Tron Legacy but it is time to move on.
As such the pre-sales are now officially closed and listed as Sold Out. If any overstock is available once all orders are filled then yes, we'll be sure to let you all know.
Thanks again for all your support over the last 3 years with Tron Legacy and I hope those of you that own our gear will enjoy it for years to come!

YEAH BUT DAVE there is NO official ORDER ON UDREPLICAS for the JOES merch especially the COBRA COMMANDER JACKET ....
altho after all this time u finally did list the BANE JACKET only zero catwoman or BARONESS ...
I appreciate the consideration but even after 3 years some of us are only able to get part time work , so we couldnt save up for the LONG RUN JACKETS (me and a few others especially)i was finally hoping to bag 2 rinzlers by summer (but when u do im saving up )

Secret Compass is absolutely legit! They are a fantastic retailer of ours and yes, the did stock up on our TRON LEGACY goods back when the pre sales were open so yes, you may find what you're looking for there.
GI JOE items are in the calendar to start listing on our website later this month...to coincide with the release of the film. :cool
Besides, we're not yet ready with the helmets or Snake Eyes' uniform...but we're working around the clock to see them done asap!
The Baroness coat, Hawk jacket and Cobra Commander trench coat are all done and will be part of the confirmed release I mentioned for later this month.
With regards to TRON LEGACY, the license has now run its course. It has been an incredible 3 years of related sales with the TRON LEGACY line, but it is now time to move on, sadly. Howver with the incredible catalog of new licenses already confirmed for 2013/14 we simply need the production room to see those come to life.
Just imagine...what if we also added Robocop to our future product line up? What about some incredibly popular video game franchises, or maybe we've even branched out into historic musicians and bands....and of course, more movie franchises like Man of Steel....and others too.:thumbsup
The single most important fact that I 'personally' pride myself on is that UD REPLICAS does deliver quality merchandise and that it IS on time! Yes, from time to time deliveries do come close to the deadline posted but we do deliver on time.
To this day I continue to read countless concerns from RPF members regarding other well established companies, their delivery time frames and production delays...quite frankly that's not something I ever want our customers to experience and while delays 'can' happen...our track record is pretty darn good!
In order to keep that production and delivery record clean we must always ensure that we're not overdoing it with production. Selling the merchandise is not the problem, but it can quickly spiral out of control come production time. As such, with so many new licenses already locked in for the next few years it's absolutely normal and common practice to see products that have been on sale for several years now coming to a close.
I too am sad to see TRON LEGACY come to a close, but I am equally thrilled for the those that own these goods and regularly enjoy them....but it is time to move on now.
Give Secret Compass a call...you might get lucky and find your sizes!
