I love the suit. I made a mold for urethane stars but getting the silver color is tricky and keeping it flexible without cracking is tough so I think your idea for cast star might be the best bet. Now if went with a white stare I would go with the urethane star. Just my opinion.

Streetjudge, it's great to hear you say this is our best yet! Considering all that we've done thus far, it's very humbling to hear you say that. You too Finhead, thanks guys.

LoadingPlatform, thanks and great suggestion for the weathering bud. We're getting an unusually high amount of requests for both helmets and shields, but we have to remember what kind of product it is that we are making here. These are Movie Replica Motorcycle Suits, not costumes. We do not have the rights to props and accessories like costume elements. Be that as it may, it's very flattering to hear these requests...it tells me that we've done this replica suit justice, but above and beyond our licensed product items we just have no way of entertaining these outside requests because they really don't have anything to do with Motorcycle wear.
Yes, we've used those items for promo purposes, as we have with some of our other products in the past...but it's solely to paint a full picture and show how far we've been able to replicate the character in question...leather and all.

Good costume! Have to chime in here though.
Every pic I see of it, it seems the model has a slight beer belly or pounch.
Is it the way the jacket drapes around the mid section or are these guys a little chubby in that area? Kind of noticable.

And.... The 'belly' you're seeing is an illusion. Our Model, Mike is heavily into fitness and a UFC fighter. He's built like a tank...and there in lies the illusion you're seeing. He has such a narrow waist that the jacket was loose on him there. It's actually empty space and when tucked into the belt it did give that illusion but we have the full product layout ready...and I'm looking at the side profile shots now as we speak and trust me, there is no belly. None at all. :thumbsup

He's got a very wide chest, and large arms...with a very narrow waist. Trust me, it's not a belly...nor does the suit give you one. LOL

Once more, it's just a weird illusion...there is no belly there. :lol

Its bad lighting, in the other photos they are dark dark brown.

picked up a copy of a cyclist magazine at the grocery store this morning, had a TFA suit that looked suspiciously like this one gracing the front cover.

And yes, the red harness straps are wrong. Too thin, I know. I missed that but we just finished this one in time for the show....no sleep, not enough coffee....you guys know the routine.:lol
