OdiWan72´s prop family

That Enfield seems to have new furniture, or else it was kept in mint shape.

If it's new wood on an old gun don't worry about cutting it up.
However, if it's been kept in great shape all these years, yeah, it would be a shame to cut it up.

NEW wood on an otherwise excellent Enfield (no rust, pitting etc.), but still...I love its look :)

Got my hands dirty last night ;)

Man that's beautiful!
A year or two ago I almost bought an Engfield to turn into the Jawa blaster. But the wood on it was so beautifully marbled, I knew I couldn't cut it down. I have the grenade cup launcher, so maybe one day.
Love this build though! (y)

Is your launcher cup fully knurled?!

Man, seeing the SMLE brings back memories!!

The jawa blaster was one of my very first projects waaaay back in '97-'98. Bought the Enfield at a gun show for $70!

I was 17 or 18 at the time, and while I was aware of the NFA rules, and plugged the barrel, among other things, effectively "demilling" it, I was still living at home at the time and my father was just too nervous about it. So, unfortunately, we destroyed it. :(

I never found a launcher cup for it, either. It's one of the sadder stories of my hobby history.

And MAN! ANOTHER MGC!!?? Send me that dagummed thing, I'm jealously crying over here, feeling totally defeated and helpless in a world of $1000 replica firearms.
