Iam so sorry that things are going sideways that sucks for sure. I too like soulinertia have been collecting my gear and have looked forward to getting your kit really bad. I believe i was second on the list to send a deposit and pay in full so i am still in for the kit and will wait if i must till you decide what you are going to do.
I am not interested in a foam filled piece just the kit. Please keep us updated weekly weather its good or bad and i will pray that its all goes smooth for you from here on out, I have faith in you brother.

If it helps out the shipping side, I'm okay with a solid cast with foam inserts to lighten the cast. I'm also going to send you something to compensate for the shipping cost.

I of all people understand the unforeseen obstacles that may come up during complicate runs, so take all the time you need and I have faith that it'll all come through. Just let me know your final decision and we'll work something out.

Im on the fence. I can wait for the item as promised, but personally don't think it will ever happen. I understand things happen, I think we all understand that. And if it makes it easier then I can step out of the run too, and ask for a full refund. At this point I think that's where I am at. SO if you could, I would formally ask for a full refund. And if you ever get them done and have an extra for sale, shoot me a message, and ill buy one then...

I'm on board with soulinertia, I've waited patiently and have no qualms waiting...for perfection Others may opt for a static piece but you've put so much effort into making this rifle not static that I'd prefer to keep it that way, for me at least. This rifle will be a centerpiece for me, so keep on truckin'!

...And if I could speak on everyone else's behalf, I believe we'd all say a hefty thank you for your dedication, honesty, and integrity with this build. Keep it up!

If you can complete the run and the top up isn't too much, I'd be glad to help you out with some of the extra cost of shipping and materials for my rifle. You're doing a great job and really doing great keeping us in the loop

Good news! I have been talking with Smooth-on, they've agreed to look into my issues, fingers crossed, maybe it's a bad batch and this may solve my castings issues!!! I have been in touch with another member who has agreed to help me as well, so I'm optimistic that I can get things back on track! Stay tuned!

Mal, I'm still very interested in the gun and I have paid. If you are going to be able to come up with some idea of international shipping costs to Australia that would be great. I certainly don't want to pull out of the project unless I have to.

Man, I read the first page and was looking for the last page to see the finished run.
I'm saddened to see the resin is giving issues as I was about to PM asking if there was one left over.

I sure hope this comes to fruition, it's a beautiful prop and looks to be executed very well.

I totally agree with USS Endeav. I read from start to finish and when I came to the last page...I was shocked and my shoulders dropped. See it through guys. So much work from so many different people.

I want one and am happy to take the spot with a customer that decides to cancel. I'm also happy to pay a little extra. Cldnt believe the $300 price tag and then FREE shipping to the first 10. If I'm to be completely honest the rifle should be at least $450

So if there is a spot available...I'm in.

Good news People, I spoke with the chemical guys and although they couldn't give me new chemicals, they did agree to help me through the problems. I have to do heat testing on the molds first, but I have another day job, so with personal drama taking up my evenings, I'm left with weekends to continue. This weekend is the first run of new tests, fingers crossed and I will try to keep a consistent schedule to finish this out. I am also talking to TimeSlip about helping me with casting some of my smaller parts. Share the love! Keep heart, this will finish out, I am feeling more confident each day about it!
