NYTF '20: NECA reveals several Batman replicas

NECA's looks cool and is at a great price point. I wish we could get a metal version like the one Ikon Collectibles was supposed to be working on.

That's another SD Studios copy instead of a replica of the actual prop. Sad.

Apparently these have hit shelves this week and some entrepreneurs are going around buying up all the stock and listing them on ebay for $60-80. They retail for just under $14.

Wow. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that would happen, or that at least four of them have sold for $69.99! I'll be keeping an eye open for the retail priced version.

It's NECA so don't pay the scalpers. They'll list it on their website for pre-order in a few months for those who can't find them at retail. They do it with everything yet people are so impatient they rather pay for it now. I'm a patient boy. If we'll all be capable of having one a year from now who cares if you had it a couple weeks/months before me? That couple months isn't worth triple+ the price.

They just revealed the next one. Nightwing's escrima stick from Arkham Knight. Coming June.

Found the Walmart page for the batarang.

If anyone is impatient or can't find one, there are slightly more reasonable ebay listings for it. You can find it for $30 shipped now.

Here is the brickseek page to check nearby inventory

Everything is better than my recasted one-side batarang.

I'm not really deep into batman stuff, but I would love a few pieces from the movies for my display. Sure, more acurate is always better, but I think an official product will make it's way easier to local comic- and toyshops. So no need for an expensive purchase oversea this time...

I'm completely ok with this prop...

glad I took the first version from Stacey, completely in resin. ( like the real prop?)
Never liked the lightweight of 3D print items. Too much light for my taste. Always find that it seems constructed with air...
To be fair to Marco they are printed in black resin. So they are more dense and all resin. Definitely not airy like what you're talking about. I have a couple grappling guns made from 3D printed resin (by Valor ) and they are fantastic. Solid and hardly any cleanup.
