Nevermind. I debunked my own theory that I used to have typed in this space.

If I was going to do a Hand Sculpt, which way do you think would be the best attempt?
Would Foam Or Clay be a good Start? Maybe Even Vac Form?
Any thoughts, I am new to this so dont have a clue which would be my best start.
Best bet is going to be to get a couple large blocks of balsa wood as it's very easy to carve. Make yourself a wooden buck and then vacform over that. It won't shrink or crack like clay or melt like foam. You should be able to reuse it dozens of times without issues.
You'll want to use something like .80 styrene to get good detail and rigidity.
