Here is a little "up keeping" tip. Since the tongues on these are not leather like the real MAGS and the Velcro tends to snag the tongue a lot, I found that if you use a lint shaver, it removes the little snags and makes the tongue look virtually new.

One panel is good for make 2 strap and the soles ?
Electric shaver will probably work here as well. I de-pilled a shirt with one once and it came up as if brand new. Here is a little "up keeping" tip. It makes me sad that they didn't get this right at the factory, because HOLY CRAP the factory glue/heat process is INSANE.
Looks really good. One question though: was a butterknife enough to detach the toebox from the sole or did you have to use a hairdryer, too? Thanks!
For me hands down this is the best EL Panel to get. It has so many connectors on it and its large enough to probably get a full set of panels for both shoes. The guys ships really fast and the panel is so thin and flexible.

DL, your first toe mod looks great!!
Finally found a box for the charger
While browsing ye olde interwebs today, I found this post about a battery charging circuit that also shows the battery level through LEDs.
I thought some of the more electronically savvy members might be able to modify it to possibly achieve the holy grail of replica Mag charging: using the heel lights to show charging status.
Take a look, who knows what it might lead to: 12V Battery Level Indicator Circuit
