Hopefully these show you what you need to see.

Just keep in mind, I have glued and removed the cups twice now, so there is extra glue on the fabric. I have also cut the back of the heel of the mid-sole down as well.

Hey guys, do any of y'all know where I could find a pair of V2 size 12? It seems like all of the aliexpress vendors have vanished since the time I was looking last year. Thanks.

Brad and others have posted videos on youtube detailing the process, and pics are also in this thread.
yes, but the video of brads method has been removed from youtube so there is just some steam method available ;) (which is a good start but not the best imo) Jedifyfe could you repost this video ? Would be great for thoses who can't get 6 pairs of v3 :D

Does any one know how to properly slim the toe of the mag.

I have a few (my sock toe video should be able to be found by typing in CAVX01 > MAG MODDING VIDEO 6) videos on YouTube. I guess a normal slim just irons the toe cap flat before re-gluing where a sock toe removes that part. Just type MAG Modding into YouTube and you will find others that also did videos on this.

Not very helpful

Do you have a V2 shoe or you planning to get one?

if you are planning to get one, you may as well wait and get a V3. it would save you a lot of work.

If you are doing the toebox, I recall someone else saying that they used some nail polish remover or acetone very thinly along the toebox edge to unglue it and it seemed to work.
that way you can peel off the entire toebox in one piece without any tears or damage to the rubber.

I think it was someone on here, not sure who, but that was a good idea they came up with rather than using a knife or cutting into the edge.

I did something close to that with boiling water, but it is risky with the electronics. You need to make sure to poor the water in the shoe at an angle so the water doesn't touch the heel (where the electronics are)

i would like to see the "cutting" method. As i m not sure where you need to cut and if you really need to separate the upper if you cut and dremmel the excess fabric on the soles ?
(i did an experiment like this on a pair of HCs and the result is pretty good but there is no room for mistakes here)

I was planning on getting the v3s but then I saw the price and I could not aforward it so I decided I was going to get the V2s and mod of them
