Finished my first shoe this weekend, already started working on the second....all I need now are some clear soles for a US13! ( eh em....cavx) I think that would really finish these up nicely!! Mags 1.pngMags 2.pngMags 3.jpg
Thanks to cavx, jedifyfe and others who posted all of their info, videos, etc. to make this possible!!

Ok guys, after a day of 6 hours working on the black mags here is my conclusion :

Black dye of Angelus is crap, it isn't black but purple, (mix of yellow, green and purple) do never use it, it was a real pain in the ass to get it out.
It turned the midsole into a bit yellow, so i had to remove it quickly before it stays on the midsole, so of it went on the soles and i nearly entirely removed it thank god !

Next step will be to apply some "walk on black" from Angelus that is made for soles and will not crack "hoping so !"

Have you tried just removing the gold splatter paint instead of painting the midsole black?

Also, I used a hairdryer to remove the swoosh. It just takes time.

I tryed with acetone but it won't come off plus the dye left a dark layer on the midsole so i am going to try silicone paint and i will try to remove the glossy effect.
I will try again for the swoosh.
Thank you Brad. ;)

Adam, your toe slim looks pretty dope. How bad was it? only thing not done on my MOD that I just recently finished.

@Jedifyfe is your file for the strap the same as the one posted many times? I don't seem to have the as much black around the word.

I believe so. Mine might be printed 5% smaller. It's slightly closer to the original prop shoes than the RD's

I've opened a run in the junkyard.
Will be having sets of presoldered and wired Straps, complete with Logos to stick on within the next week or so.

No need for soldering, ready to use.

If there's enough interest, I will also be doing the Sole Cutouts in a one size version that will fit any shoe.
No need for cutting or soldering there either. This will be just like Nike's.

I am also looking at offering the LED panels complete, but it may mean it is only suitable for a 9V power setup.

messaged [lease get back to me!

They look awesome like always.

Are you still using the Super 77 glue? Do your straps come apart with time?

Yes I am. I have not had any issues with them coming apart. I also run Loctite along the top and bottom edges of the strap.

Brad, i have been working on it for more than 2 hours and i was wondering if you managed to take off the swoosh without leaving the white fabric under the swoosh, i don't know if this is a waste of time to try to perfectly remove the swoosh or i should not pay attention the white layer in the the swoosh logo ?

Thank for your advice. ;)

Klen is the SWOOSH de-laminating?

Whilst waiting for the first batch of the new clears (product finally arrived late today), I started attaching the new clears (I made earlier) to my US8 display pair.

Note the white under the clear.

Mine came off very easily...Of course, I did mine a couple years ago, so the glue might have been fresher.

Yeah the shoes looks very new, the swoosh is really hard to take off.

Here's my result after 3 hours in total of work on one swoosh
