It's £40 though, i kinda want to buy a cheap one on ebay XD I'm having a look just now haha
These are the shoes with the lights on, sorry for the bad quality x)! I rather like the Mag with the huge tongue, i don't know why, I wish the original ones had this long tongue too ^^

The images I have of the real shoes from 1989 suggest that the tongue is longer than that of the 2011 MAG.
Your legging are cool. Very futuristic and if you watch the whole future sequence, there are quite a few ladies in lycra. It must have been an 80's and early 90's future prediction thing because even the deleted scene from T2 (Future Coda) has everyone wearing skin tight outfits.
Weren't the jeans worn by Marty Levi? I don't even bother buying them anymore as the quality is not what it used to be and for the price, I'd rather shop else where. Most of my jeans come from Target these days. They seem to last and be the close to the right colour. Either that, or just wash them heaps first

Yeah the screen accurate version looks to have a bigger tongue! It looks cooler in my opinion! Caloss might make a custom pair of the chinese knockoffs for me, if it's happening, i'll ask him to make big tongues like the ones from the movie, would be awesome :')!
I think Marty wears a Levi's yeah, but as you said, the prices are ridiculous, i think it's a bit overrated. I've been looking for used levi's, but it still expensive haha... maybe i'll just buy some new cheap jeans. But your right, quality looked to be better before too x_x!

I buy my jeans at Target now They seem to be as good a quality as LEVI with out the excessive price tag.
I have been quite concerned about how tall the RD MAG is compared to the V1 and V2 K-MAG. Sure we all knew without a doubt that the V1s were too short, but many seem to think the V2s are correct. I have been asking for a while and no one has really been able to provide the proof I want, so I imported this well known drawing into Sketch Up and scalled it be 300mm on the sole (same size as my US10 V1 soles). Check the height at 270mm.
Granted some of this could be out due to overlaying lines on the black drawn lines, but interesting none the less when we have seem photos of the US11 pair at just on 254mm or 10 inches. This means that they are about an inch too short.

And yeah you're right Cavx. I think someone made another drawing ages ago to compare the 2 shoes and it appeared that the chinese ones were slightly shorter than the original ones.

Haha ho dear! I'll probably go back to france for summer, but yeah, it's always overcrowded near queen street x)! I'm pretty sure, even if I do it now, some people would take pictures of the costume haha! Would be funny, but not sure i'm really photogenic on others pictures XD I rather like to take my own pics, so I know what's going on the internet haha!
When I went to Anime Saint Louis in my Marty jacket and hat, I got my picture taken tons of times. Not one made it on the internet. I searched for pictures uploaded from the con, but I wasn't in a single one. Kind of a bummer. The only proof I was there are pictures that my friends took. Which only 2. One at my girlfriend's house, and the other outside of the con.

Awww, yeah, it's a bit annoying in the conventions though. It's always pleasant to have some pictures of yourself in it x)

Post them on sites like this [with words like McFly as the title] and they'll get there for sure. It almost scares me how fast images from my builds find their way to cyberspace and google images.
