The only reason I was posting the same images here is because once people started to convert their MP V1 MAGs, this became the thread for mods. Unfortunately, the V2s have ended that. I will import a line drawing I have into SU and see if I can find a true height.
Not including the Heel Cup, length to height ratio appears to be 1.1:1.

Just for telling you guys the black colour seemed to work on the MP shoes, I'll try to add another layer when it's going to be dried to be sure of it haha!

Awesome. Pics please. After I finish my current build, I have to do the same in Size US11 and Size US8 and then I can do my black "NEO" MAG.

I'm planning to continue the modifications of my MP Air Mag haha!
I'm thinking about buying the kits that cloneprops got left, as he doesn't have any soles left, i'll just replace the buckle and the back of the shoes I'll try to re work on the blue stains on the main sole. I will also buy the clear soles from S02!
I was thinking of changing the laces too and replace them with thicker laces, and maybe create the same shoe laces from the movie...
I will slim the toes too, I was thinking of using Gorilla super glue? Is this one transparent?
I want to remake the swoosh too, any idea what would be a good material to make them? (thanks)

What did u use for your red yellow and green lights it doesn't look like leds
They look to be the RD but look at the strap it was cut like how we must do to put the EL in so they could be fake and just made perfectly.

The other shoes are retro Jordan 8s. We have a NIKE factory outlet a short drive away and they get in stock from stores that did not sell and they sell it off really cheap - like listed at $280, sell for $130.
These are all genuine NIKE/JORDAN. I guess not too many Aussies were into hi-tops :unsure because there was so many of these shoes when I got mine.
Sometimes there is further manager discount. I got two pairs of these Jordan 8 shoes for $108/pair.
A few years ago I got Jordan 20 shoes for $100, again because no one was paying 280 at retail for them. Each week, the price on the 20s came down and once I saw them for $100, I had to buy a pair.

I do believe she got these off of a seller on ebay as I remember looking at this pair or an identical pair a few months back. I think he said he used clear el tape and sweet wrappers
Exactly, but to be honest, the work was not really well made, so i'm re working on it at the moment... , i'm remaking straps too

Nop, it's not, it's actually an EL panel with translucid colour paper sheets
they look pretty damn good!
do you have any close up pics?
did you use translucid colour over the aqua el cutout?
thats pretty neat, and a good alternative to using leds.
do you think if you added some plastic bubble over it and frosted it, it would look as bright as leds?
It's actually pretty bright even with the yellow soles, I'm planning to buy the clear sols from s02. So hopefully will be even more brighter

If I had a pair of MP mags I would definately buy the s02 rubber soles, as you said the EL panel will look brighter and the shoe in general will look much better

Holly crap i'm trying to remove the sole for the mp shoes for my black version, the glue is some serious sh** XD I can't get the soles out properly without cutting some sole with it XD
