Another week delayed? I'm guessing the shoes will be delivered after Christmas... :confused
I don't think it's that clear whether they mean another week or not. That person may still just be thinking of the delay which was this past week.
Anyway, the wholesalers themselves probably have very little concrete info as the stores I went with confirmed it's this week they'll get them.
But im not really believing anyone right now.

Is Russia GMT+8 or GMT+10? At the time I posted (GMT+10) it was still the 14th.
If ever...When does the Mayan calender thing end? I just want these shoes on my feet before "world's end", if thats OK.

I have been thinking the exact same thing. And in the end, if you want your shoes, what choice will you have but to pay the balance? My personal thoughts on this is that I've paid what the site was showing as the correct amount and if that amount needs to be increased to cover new costs, too bad. They will have to make that up increasing the price on other sales.
Your lucky to even hear from them. Apart from the initial PC generated emails at purchase, I've never received a response from these companies.

More delays?? So are these "changes" from faulty equipment within the shoes, or are they working on the improvements that members here recommended? Depending on how many workers assembled these shoes, I'd say 50,000+ pairs would take more than a week to repair/upgrade/change/alter. BUT if they put their mind to it, they can accomplish anything!

I'm guessing they're trying to fix them because the electrical components make wearing the shoes painful.

I think they will ship the first paid orders as soon as they have them in stock and Ive been askig them about any improvements in the shoes after seen the leaked pics here.
pickgoodshoes said once in their chat that he or she thouhgt they were the same as those pics and a second time that they havent seen any pics yet...
Then I contacted shoesbagonsale and told me they had to fix something on them.
I have told them several times that if the shoes are AAA quality they would sell 10 times more than if they arent ... so thats pressure for them.

Like any other replica shoe... I am sure there will be a few updates.
I'll be surprised if the electronics are actually worth keeping. The thing that will most likely be kept is the rechargeable battery. Does it say anywhere how long the battery lasts on these V2s? If that turns out to be crap then we'll probably have to go the way cloneprops did with his battery setup.

There is no such details AFAIK. In fact I don't there has been anything released on these shoes since airair brought us the images.
Most here were impressed to see they used blue LEDs and not red ones. No doubt the electronics will be crap and I think this will include the battery charger and battery pack.
