Nike Air Mag light conversion?

So I've looked all over, contacted a few people that have done this conversion before, but I have never gotten a reply as to if they do them anymore or how I could do them myself.

Any help would be greatly appriciated, I have had this pair for a year or so now but I just cant find anybody who will do this conversion so they are wearable, I would love to do them myself but I've never seen anybody post on HOW to do it
