Here is the build thread for my Nightwing 2.0.

If you're wondering what my 1.0 looked like, here it is:

The belt is just a toy Batman belt from anywhere on the internet. We're going to get another one so we can make a belt that goes all the way around my body.


Again the suit is definitely in the early stages. Still needs more spaces filling in and painting. Going to have all the foam painted black then the blue symbol and blue stripes down each arm.

3D printed the forearm spikes and attached them to the foam with pop-rivets.

Got some more work done for Nightwing 2.0.

I first started by making a makeshift 'complete' part to the toy Batman belt by just painting some foam gold and using a Sharpie to do the details. It was a very quick job.



We made some shins which attach separate to my legs with belt straps and then painted the whole suit. By the time we got to painting the blue symbol it was too dark to take a photo and the paint was too wet to take it inside.

If you don't mind my asking, how did you attach the foam to the undersuit? and was it effective in staying together for a long period of time of do you constantly need to do touch ups?
