Night Mare Studios cool stuff happening

Okay RPF Friends, been busy I've teamed up with another place called Ghostly Productions and man they have been keeping me busy alot of stuff is already at Ghostly but I have some stuff in process and a few things I have held on to so up first is the old Don post Beast mask I redid for the contest and WON its not much it was kind of a plane mask to start with so enjoy

Okay I added the eye horns the horns that was on there was small bumps and I cut them off and added resin ones I cast and put on the eye is some of my crazy clay I make and the head wound is all latex also added some fangs this is before paint I wish I took a before pic some might recall knowing this mask

I also added the chin which is latex

Okay now the fun part paint happening

This is the base coat now for the fun. Time for some color on this crazy thing

My old airbrush clean out bucket lots of color changes

Now I am starting to really punch out some detail veins and shading

Still a bunch to do teeth and veins and of course the horns

This green on its eyes are a sparkelesence color it does crazy stuuf when you move it around still painting

here is some vein work this air brush can do some fine lines

Okay friends hope you like I took a plane mask and made it much better it only took 2 days to do this it is now at Ghostly Productions on display Very much more to come stay tuned next post here in a bit Enjoy Thanks

Alrighty RPF Friends, Here we go again I make this crazy clay and it dry's as hard as a rock. I use it as a medium for bust prop heads ect. you can see on other thread of the Mando bust I did with this clay also a thread on here of the predator head I did so here is who I call Wilbur lots of air brushing on this guy and he has one of the eye balls I made

Oh there is a Joker painting I did behind him I will show you a better pic of that once I get done showing you guys Wilbur

Okay this guy I didn't want to display him on the floor or table so I put him on a bamboo stick looks cooler this way

Also I have stepped up my game on the eye ball making which I will share here next more Wilbur

Okay guys that's old worm holed Wilbur I did a rough sculpt of this I wanted him to have that rotted look and as said here is a pic of the Joker painting I did up 4 of these guys all at once and I did another 2 of a diff one which one gone to a new home and the other at Ghostly here he is

Okay RPF Friends, its eyeball time also a bit of showing of the old shop NightMare Studios Home here we go again enjoy been busy on these got a big order from none other that Ghostly Productions.

This bunch I did up in pairs all the next 50 will be all diff ones and they are all hand painted I think I show some of the process and the ones on the bench I will take more pics of as I go along

The small eye's are made from ping pong balls you have to spray them with a matt spray so other paints will stick these bigger eyes are made from plastic christmas balls these balls above are for a monster bust I will be sculpting which I will share the process here the veins are red yarn they still lack the clear epoxy so here we go more to see

The red yarn kind of stands up a bit looking a bit more furious I use canopy glue to stick the yarn down but you got to kind of tease it a bit so it will spread out on the eye using a small stiff brush works good for spreading

This is showing the process of painting a bunch of v's after two rounds airbrush your color then some clear glossing then start the next set of v's this give's the eye depth its a bunch of work but it makes a cool looking eye instead of a sticker

Okay this above shows all the layers and each layer has a bit of color added then the gloss clear after the stim is placed on and painted which I will share all the steps as I go after the stim dry's I put epoxy clear on andthe first eye I show is a finished eye with the epoxy but I will show each step as I go on the next eye I paint well more to share Enjoy Thanks

Okay RPF Friends, I have changed the name of NightMare Studios seems like there might be another out there. I have been busy in the old shop. So the new name is Creature Effects. so a bunch going on and I will start a whole new thread here in the same place but under Creature Effects. I will start that new thread now. Thanks and enjoy
