Added small plasticine borders then waxed fiberglass and covered with foil (against gluing with new part of casing).

Last 2 layers of fiberglass on epoxy resin (wide borders made for M5 bolts with butterfly-screws)

It's ready for cast. Casing already sanded and cut off.

YEAH! First cast is ready (SmoothCast ONYX Fast + SilverCast Magic).
At next time i'll add microsphere in ONYX and put more powerful vibrator on fiberglass casing.

Last elements inside of the mask — tubes under cheek-bones (white). It'll be molded soon.

Thank you! A bit bubbles inside of the mask surface and 1,2l of ONYX (too much). Microsphere need to be added to plastic.

incredible work!!!! the mold looks pretty, i tried to make a rubber mold brushing layers but really didn't work, i think the rubber quality is not fine
