A Pred Fan's First P1 Mask, Bio, and Dread combo

No doubt. Gene's already got some P1 hands in the works for me and I may be getting some of Carlart's torso body armor. Gene offered to give me a full tutorial on how to paint the armor myself. I'm getting very excited for the future of this project.

DAMN!! that looks great all finished up, nice work on the dreads! BT it was a pleasure to paint this up for you, especially seeing in paintball action. That is definately going to get some attention at the paintball gathering. Maybe I missed it...what type of camera is that?

Believe it or not, it's a three-year old HP camera I won at my last job during an IT convention raffle.
It's an HP (forget the exact model number as I'm at work right now) 6 megapixel camera. It's very out-of-date from a megapixel standpoint, but the damn thing takes some of the best pictures I've ever seen, especially at close range. The battery doesn't last long and sometimes it's flaky, but for a free camera I couldn't ask for better results. I hope my Sony Cybershot I'm saving for takes pics like this. Glad you like it Gene, though I figured you would. I took great care of the mask and the dread glue is currently curing so the bond is strong. The game is September 6th and more pics will be posted afterward. Stay tuned!

Oh heck no, I would never play in that mask. Too expensive for one, it would get shot to hell and back for two, ruining what Gene worked so hard for, and yes, I would likely die from heat exhaustion...three. This is just for promotion and will only be worn for a little bit of time at the field.

This one's cool because you can see the paintball in the marker and it's casting the red reflection nicely. But my head looks HUGE in this one! LOL
What the dreads look like from the back - nice shot, I think. And no, those are NOT white pants. LOL

I was also thinking that since I won't have a complete suit this year, I may go for a gothic look for the costume, even for the paintball game. I don't want to wear the jersey during the day since it won't matter and I want pics with a more "general" feel to them, not just paintball.
So I went to Hot Topic last night at our mall close to home - for those of you overseas who may not know what Hot Topic is, it's a retail chain store here that specializes in gothic clothing, accessories, very heavy metal music, etc. - and found some very cool, HUGE black pants that have chains and black studs fastened to them. Looks SICK. To that I found a pair of "Mummy" boots, completely with ribbed metal heel and toe sections that would add about two inches to my height. Very cool stuff.

Not sure yet about the top, but I need something long-sleeved that a) matches the above stuff and covers the P1 hands Seahunterr is painting for me.
