New Topic Notification

I have gotten 410 Subscriptopn New Topic Notifications
From Dec 12th until today.
And I have no Idea on how to stop these as I have not subscribed
to any of these topics, They are clogging my email box
This has never happened before
Please Help

Have you tried going to "My Controls"? On the left side under "Subscriptions", hit "View Forums". You may see stuff there that you'll want to unsubscribe from.

I had two there that I never even looked at
I seen them on the main list but never clicked on the topic to open it up

I have nothing there now the two items were deleted
