New Predator Pepakura Armour ready for download

Has anyone tried the clay pour method with any of the pep bio helmets? If so, how did it turn out? Also, is there a better method if I wanted to sculpt the pep bio?

With the shape of the bio, I don't thing the clay pour method would work to well. Could be awkward and abit dangerous(hot as **** clay sloshing about..no sir.). One route you could take would be to 1. make sure the scale of the bio is big enough to fit the mask. 2. put together the pep file. 3. Fiberglass the inside of it. 4. Use that as a rough base to sculpt on, 5. mold and cast the wearable bio.

Hope that helps bud. (y)

Of course that's if we are playing the game "That's What I Would Do". ;)

Hmmn, I know its not predator related, but any chance you can make a pep of the Theron Guard helmet from Gears of War (2 or 3) Id like to make a savage theron guard costume sometime. Also I gotta make some of these as well. Im a total noob to making life size parts from pep files, are they all scaled to fit 8x11 sheets of paper? (If there is poster board that size of course, haha)

I can do if there is a low res 3D model out there..... I have not played that game myself, so am not sure what the helmet looks like.

First off Im new to all this, and the pepakura looks really awesome, is there a special paper you need to use or just normal printer paper? and movieman your pics are awesome man.

@kevin
you have to use card stock or heavier... you can use regular paper but its not as strong and tends to lose shape really easily when wet... and dont worry about it there are those of us that have made those mistakes once or twice

Another item for those brave enought to have ago at building...... left inside of mouth out and teeth as to complex to unfold such small items.

Gotta say Movieman, your pepakura stuff is amazing. so going to use your stuff to make my pred costume when I get round to it lol

Slowly I read through all the entries.
First of all a BIG THX for movieman! (y)You did a fantastic job! (y)

Initially I was looking for appropriate files, because I would like to make a costume.
I had no experience, and no idea how to begin. And I accidentally got here.
To exercise I made a Berserker Mask.
Now Im thinking, which will be housing a PC what is related to the costume

Stickboy: try it whit Pepakura Viewer (Not the Designer !)

Edit: and a BIG THX for gremlin! (y) for sharing the files and responds until movieman works :)
