NEW PICS 10/21/2014: What is with this new Rubies stormtrooper helmet?

This has been showing up over the past year; it's obviously a frankenhelmet. What the ?@&$ is up with the HUGE forehead?

You would initially think that this is a stretched or manipulated photo. But nope... Multiple auction and online sites have this thing

Maybe it's styled after the REBELS trooper buckets? Kinda looks that way to me.

Same one they've had for years now. That is a stock photo that most stores and sites use for advertising.

Here's the Rubies line up

First, from the original standard stormtrooper Don Post molds (from the late 1970s), but with a softer vinyl (Don Post on top, Rubies below)
