I want to share this detailed front image for screen used cross of coronado, I found it in a old videogame's magazine dated 1991.

You can see incredible detail of the cross:

And now I want compare 4 different cross:

Magnoli, Markpoon, Screen Used and RelicMaker's WIP. You can see different for any version and you can see INCREDIBLE detail for relicmaker's cross!!!

Congratulation Brenton, your cross appers to be the same of the original prop! ;)

Hey Sarednab,

Thanks for sharing this picture, it's the best pic I've seen of this cross.

I know Brenton will be going for SA but I think his Cross will look even better than the original!!

The picture of the so-called screen used cross doesn't seem to match what's in the Lucasfilm archive books. The backing that the corpus is on seems a bit too artifiial and shiny. Maybe it's just the picture quality in the book though. The picture in the book seems a bit thinner than 2cm too though.

The 2cm is equal to the cross thickness itself (about .5cm) to the thickness of the corpus in his chest area (about 1.5cm).

Finishing up some minor details on the ***** sculpt. I should have something to show in the next few days.

Excited yes, broke yes do i care no.What I'm trying to say is when do i send payment for this masterpiece?

Great Brenton!!! I can't wait to see it finished and to have one of it in my collection!!!

What I'm going to do, is complete two crosses to show. One gold-plated, and one brass-plated. The brass-plated will be aged and have a slight patina added to match the prop in the archives book. The gold-plated version, which does not accept aging chemicals will look "brand new".
So, I will leave it up to you guys to determine which is the best.

I personally favor the aged brass as the best, since it will look mostly what's seen on film, but we'll see when it's all said and done. :cool
