Alright, today, I heard the rumor that "There's possibly going to be a press release this week announcing the return of........................Mondasian Cybermen
I don't suppose they'll be that different in appearance to the Cybusmen but it'll still be nice to have them back although I'll have to wait until the next time they appear as the episodes they're in this year have James Corden in them."

During "The Doctor's Wife" the Doctor meets a green eyed Ood with a damaged sphere which he fixes. Upon doing so he's shocked to hear a barrage of odd voices emit from it before it shuts down.
When Amy askes what they were he replies "Time Lords........near here someplace. Lots & Lots of Time Lords".
An exchange between the Ood & the Doctor,
Ood: "Your song is still ending"
Doctor: "You said my song was ending, but my story never ends"
Ood: "Silence is upon all of us. Upon our song. And your story."
If the Biroc character is the time sensitive Tharil from "Warrior's Gate" then I think River will turn out to be Romana and maybe they'll bring back the Time Lords and possibly Gallifrey via a timey wimey event in E-Space.
One synopsis for the series I've read suggests the Doctor will meet "an old aquaintance with a new face".........Romana can regenerate.
River also has a similar intellect and penchant for smugness as both incarnations of Romana.
And if you count the fact that Tom Baker was once married to Lalla Ward ( Romana II ) then it could be an amusing swerve on all the hints about the Doctor's wife without actually having to explain anything onscreen thus retaining the Doctor's air of mystery."
