Something I noticed in videos and pictures posted is that the cutouts in the mohawk cap are correctly rounded at the "bottoms" whereas the Black Series helmet has rectangular cutouts.
It lacks the strip of plastic on top of the mohawk though, which the Black Series helmet does have. The step to the mohawk cap is too high in its transition to the mohawk, which makes it appear as if it was supposed to have the strip but that it was forgotten in the 3D model. That also means that a strip could probably be added on without looking wrong.
I'm not happy with the rectangular "clips" on the sides on either of the helmets: their corners are too sharp. I would probably round them off with a Dremel and some sandpaper.
