Why is he not shooting in HD?

Just about every 5 year old cell phone can do video in 720p.

EDIT:
Their web site has a 720p video. Not very good quality for HD so it isn't much better than the 420p video.
May have to try it to know but the test would cost $250 for the smallest "kit".
