Interested.
Are you going to be doing a version that doesn't have the hose, like seen in game? To be clear, I'd be interested in both set ups, with and without the hose.

All the hoses will be removable via quick disconnects so you can wear them with your preference. I am also working on a fan kit to fit in the gas canister that will help extract heat from the helmet.

Just so everyone knows, and it may seem like common sense to some of you but not everyone has knowledge of these things, The helmet does have a series of hoses on it but they were not represented in detail and 3 dimension in the game. So it looks like the in-game helmet doesn't have hoses but this was just a limitation of the game itself. It was done to reduce poly count on the models and to prevent intersecting meshes. I know that even though the character has these hoses some of you may prefer to wear the helmets without them in order to make it easier or more mobile. That is your preference and you will have that choice. You can get the raw cast kit with or without the accessory kit and, even though the finished helmets will include the hoses, you will have the option not to wear the hoses.
Just a tid-bit of extra info... some of the hoses were represented in 2D as they were drawn on the surface of the mask in the game... You may have noticed the strange black marks and wondered what they are. However, I am not sure why some were added and others were not.
I circled one of them in the picture below and there is another under the gas canister that is harder to see. Even on the other side they skewed the big hose on the cheek up onto the ear pod... not sure why they did that either. I think these don't look like they belong and they should have done away with them altogether (in the game) if they weren't going to be 3D.

Yes I am. It is almost done and ready to mold. Maybe one more week and then I will start filling the orders from here, FB, and Etsy.

Well. I have nearly finished the new 2nd Gen helmet ... it won't be much longer before I am making molds. I also decided to make a mold of the smooth helmet and then another mold of a helmet with screen accurate battle damage. So I will be able to offer it both ways. Take a look at the latest WIP images:

I have finished several helmets at this point and I have updated some images on the first post. I will be posting a demo video and a full tutorial on assembly as soon as I get a chance. I will be filming this weekend.
