Neeed help disassembling a Sterling

Hey guys, I am trying to take the grip off of my Sterling, but am having a problem.

I've unscrewed the hex bolt at the bottom of the grip, but when I try to tke the flat head screw out of the side, it just spins on the other side.

Is there a trick to taking this apart that I'm missing?

Dan, Turn the flat head screw 180 deg. then from the other side, push the screw (pin) out. That should do it.
