Hey all...
I was trying to take a specific imagine within a picture, cut it out and blow it up without losing the detail. Unfortunately either I don't have the right software for it or I couldn't do it, so I was wondering if anyone here could help me out.

The specific imagine within the picture is the Mr. Black bust. Would anyone be able to pull that specific image and blow it up for me?

EDIT: I've tried to do it in MS Paint, but I loose a lot of detail and I don't have a photoshop software.
